T-600: The Large Load Solution

The T-600 handles comforters, blankets, large bedding sets, and multi-load bundling. Customers who would need two T-300 loads often prefer one T-600 load for convenience, even at a higher price ($5-7 typical). These should make up 30-40% of your fleet. They generate more revenue per cycle and use less total water than running two smaller loads.

A T-300 running 8 cycles/day at $3.50 generates $28/day. A T-600 running 6 cycles/day at $6.00 generates $36/day. The T-600 uses more water per cycle but generates higher daily revenue with fewer cycles — meaning less mechanical wear over time.

Space Considerations
