These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of laundromatlabelco.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from AMUS3D PRINTS LLC, doing business as Laundromat Label Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Products

We design and manufacture 3D-printed and vinyl accessories for commercial laundry equipment, including soap tray label kits, liners, and signage. Product images and renderings are illustrative; minor variations in color and finish are normal for 3D-printed and vinyl-cut goods.

2. Compatibility & Trademarks

Machine brand names — including Speed Queen®, Huebsch®, Dexter®, Wascomat®, Electrolux®, and others — are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names solely to describe compatibility. Laundromat Label Co. and AMUS3D PRINTS LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any machine manufacturer. Our products are aftermarket accessories, not OEM parts.

Compatibility information (including referenced OEM part numbers) is provided in good faith based on our own measurements and research. Machine models vary; you are responsible for verifying fit for your specific machines before installation. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help confirm fit.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors — if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. We may limit quantities at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply as described on the Site. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier; however, if a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Installation & Proper Use

Our products are surface-applied accessories. Follow the included installation instructions, including surface preparation and adhesive cure times. Products must not be used to cover, alter, or obscure safety labels, warnings, or controls on any machine. You are responsible for compliance with any rules that apply to your facility.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, 3D models, photographs, text, and other content on the Site are owned by AMUS3D PRINTS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works — including scanning, reverse-engineering, or reprinting our physical products — without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, infringing others' rights, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our accessories will be suitable for every machine configuration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMUS3D PRINTS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMUS3D PRINTS LLC and its members, officers, and employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or our products or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
